Kirkpatrick winning 960 electoral votes, current and previous presidential election tabs having different results

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. elect lbj
  2. elect lbj again
  3. elect kirkpatrick
  4. profit

kirkpatrick not winning 960 electoral votes, current and previous tabs having the same results

Additional information

the 1968 election result is not a bug i'm just that good

remove every mod except TNO, start a new game, and see if the issue continues please
