Free France, Cameroon - Three Way WAW Never Ending? #3504

Describe the bug

West Africa War is never ending, Free France is at peace. While the West African Alliance is completely defeated by France, During the civil war with volunteers Cameroon white peaced out of the West African War and had a civil war.

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. Three-Way WAW
  2. Cameroon white peace event
  3. Defeat West African Alliance
  4. Cameroon civil war
  5. Nothing happens after this, the Cold War tab says the West Africa War is still ongoing

Expected behaviour

Expected French victory event?

If you don't provide save files prior to the peace deal breaking and logs, we will ignore peace deal issues

Fixed the game by "event west_africa_peace_deal.4"
