Describe the bug

After the pro-Italian Iraq and Oman won the civil wars, and they become subject of Italy, there is no 'Italosphere in the OFN or Kyōeiken' national spirit appear or gain for Iraq and Oman while other Italian subjects have the national spirit.

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. Ciano prevails in Italian power struggle.
  2. Italy becomes democracy.
  3. The Battle for Italy started.
  4. The OFN or Kyōeiken won the Battle for Italy and Italy joined the OFN or Kyōeiken.
  5. Civil Wars in the Middle East started.
  6. Pro-Italian Oman and Iraq won their civil wars.
  7. Oman and Iraq become subject of Italy.

Expected behaviour

Probably forgot to add national spirit.
