Describe the bug

When Reichskommissariat Kaukasien under Pleiger rejoins the Einheitspakt under Bormann's Greater Germanic Reich without a war through GER's Kaukasien focus tree, Reichskommissariat Kaukasien is somewhat didn't rejoin the German economic sphere (Großraum).

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. German Civil War starts.
  2. The Industrialist Barons take over Reichskommissariat Kaukasien.
  3. Bormann won the German Civil War.
  4. Reichskommissariat Kaukasien under Paul Pleiger rejoins the Einheitspakt without a war.

Expected behaviour

Probably, oversight.
