When the French Military Alliance capitulated and then the Christmas Offensive triggers during the WAW scenario 3, the West African Alliance members do not receive 'The Christmas Offensive' national spirit despite the 'Black Smoke on the Coast' event effect loc says that "All nations at war with the Cameroonian African State" will receive this national spirit but it doesn't.
And also, the 'Black Smoke on the Coast' event shows the effects of 'The Christmas Offensive' national spirit are somewhat 0.00%.
