The Victor Point Tanko(Zhanjiang in Mandarin) in Guangdong is not the name for the city at that time. It should be named Guangzhouwan(in Mandarin). The name(Tanko in Japanese or Zhanjiang in Mandarin) you using was renamed by PRC and never use befor, but renamed for Decolonization because Guangzhouwan is named by French(Actually the state of Guangzhouwan was created by parts of several counties near by, the major part is named Suixi in Mandarin).I suggest you change it to Suixi or Guangzhouwan(please translate to Japanese Onyomi) at staring, but change to Suixi or Zhanjiang after Long yun win GEAW.

BY THE WAY, The major culture in State Nanning(Guangxi) is mixed by Yue and Zhuang People(Zhuang(壮) Race was called Tong(獞) People at that time of ROC, but was changed to Zhuang whose name never used before in history for some political and historical reasons by PRC). The major minorities of Hokkai(Japanese occupied Guangdong's core) is Zhuang people too.

And the Major culture of Taiwan, you can describe as Min That influencing by Japanese(also Sinitic Formosa is ok, but Min would be more detailed).

And the city name of San'a(kainanto of Japanese occupied Guangdong's core) was named 崖縣(Yaxian in Mandarin, or Gaiken in Japanese Onyomi) at that time, but changed by PRC for some Reason.
