All Countries - Mod Doesn't Load #944

Describe the bug

After loading the Steam version of TNO and nothing else in HOI4, the game doesn't crash and stuff isn't missing. The mod just...isn't there. I get vanilla HOI4. I've tried this on Windows and macOS and have already unsubscribed and resubscribed to the mod. Same result. This does not happen with other mods.

Steps to reproduce / Cause of the issue

  1. Turn on the Steam version of TNO in the HOI4 launcher.
  2. Play.

Expected behaviour

I expected HOI4 to acknowledge the existence of TNO.

Actually, hold on, it crashes to desktop on Windows just before loading the main menu, but does the funky I described on macOS.

None that I could deduce. I tried installing the older version from paradoxplaza, but it went really off the rails pretty quickly. Random Russian warlords had their reunifications triggered as early as 1962, so that made it basically unplayable.
