Per discussion with Joe:

add a checkbox for site root (call it "all services") and default it to on.

Have checkboxes detect the current state of the graph (

get rid of underscores in labels

add plus button functionality from stats in arcgis

move chart to just below circles

check turndowns if any subservices are checked

give more room for labels for graph

show dummy graph if nothing checked
