4 years ago on load, map should start at zoom/bounding box of the collection since the AOI will be submitted for ordering a collection and there is no data beyond it's bounding box. if we don't have the data extent, maybe we could use the counties associated with the collection (like county coverage). i wonder how we could or should incorporate the geofilter designated focus area (since it's in the store) if set.... just playin with ideas
for data orders, replace screenshot and area of interest uploads with a mini map which permits drawing of area of interest with webmap tools on the fly directly in the form
