closes issue #209; re-org of download, order and historical templates related to images and maps. coverage and download maps replace images on details template and images go to their own tab; also new setTimeout added to both coverage and download map notes/instructions.
dont delete this feature branch yet please. I'm gonna cleanup some of the comments after this code is reviewed. pulling this feature branch and building locally is prob the best way to review the changes here.
outside entity templates are the same where images are on the main details page/template. no images tab was added for these cards.
