Add new icon to datahub #246

I've uploaded an icon for the datahub to the api. The URL is: https://tnris-org-static.s3.amazonaws.com/images/datahub_icon_sm.jpg

You can see how it should be laid out in the preview below. The icon image itself would have a width of 50px across.
