Firefox Bug - quad/qquad/county vector boundary and data not loading in collection download map #276

i can only re-create this error in firefox. chrome seems to load the data fine in the collection download map. the first image below you can see there are no county boundaries populated in the map to download the parcels. the second image is a closeup of the full console errors i'm seeing.

closing this since it seems to be a local problem with my firefox installation/instance or operating system configuration.
