7 years ago carto datasets migrated for apps: iswp17, iswp12, data download, and flood. all old carto datasets deleted except for the 3 being consumed by the live, prod iswp17 right now.
once iswp17 gets redeployed, be need to circle back real quick and delete the old carto datasets from the generic TNRIS account
Client side pulls multiple layers from Carto (water sources and regions?) which currently reside in RMs Carto account and need to be migrated to the flood account for api key reworking. While migrating, might as well migrate the iswp 2012 and data download datasets to flood account also since they need to be done soon also.
