Download data section link text changes and formatting adjustment #254

• It looks like the download data section on the Region and County pages has a duplicated link for strategy supplies that is throwing off the bullet point formatting.

• Would It be possible to have all the text in these links be mixed case instead of some all caps? EX: County page links vs. WMS page links. No worries, if this is not possible.

• This was not included in the original request, but we were wondering if you could make the changes proposed in the attached word document across all pages as an enhancement. When we were testing we thought these changes might make it more clear to the user that they are only downloading data for that specific page/feature.
