Sometimes the page stops working and will not navigate to other pages until it is refreshed. #255

This is difficult to document and we're not really sure when or why it will happen. This was experienced during testing on staging using both IE and Chrome. If you are navigating to different pages using the navigation menu eventually the application will stop working and you will not be able to go to a new page until you refresh or close and reopen.
