Page type frozen header #258

We noticed that the 'View data for' selection box for page type always remains updated with whichever page type a user is currently viewing in production.

When opening a new page from a hyperlink in staging this menu is resetting. Could we please keep the current functionality in production for this feature so that the menu always displays the page type the user is viewing?

Also, if possible, we would like this portion of the header act like the 'Data by Planning Decade and Theme' header and remain frozen as the user scrolls down the page? When those two headers collide would it possible to dock them? Image example attached.
