I want to conduct a SWOT analysis to evaluate the feasibility of our upcoming marketing campaign for a new product launch. This will help us identify our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to make informed strategic decisions.

Acceptance Criteria:

The SWOT analysis should cover four key areas: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths (S): Identify and list internal factors that give our marketing campaign an advantage. Provide specific examples and data to support each strength.

Weaknesses (W): Identify and list internal factors that could potentially hinder the success of our marketing campaign. Provide specific examples and data to support each weakness.

Opportunities (O): Identify and list external factors and market conditions that present opportunities for our marketing campaign. Provide specific examples and data to support each opportunity.

Threats (T): Identify and list external factors and market conditions that pose threats to the success of our marketing campaign. Provide specific examples and data to support each threat.

Prioritize each item in the SWOT analysis based on its potential impact on the marketing campaign. Create an action plan outlining how to leverage strengths and opportunities and mitigate weaknesses and threats.

Definition of Done: The SWOT analysis is complete, covering all four aspects (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Action plans are defined to address identified weaknesses and threats. The SWOT analysis is regularly reviewed and updated as needed throughout the marketing campaign.
