Summary

Add managing of the project artifacts

Description

Currently project does not have it artifacts stored to artifact registry. To use this library you need to have it jar file stored in project.

By storing project artifact in artifact registry it will make using of this library much easier that it currently is.

Tasks

[x] explore github options of artifact registry
[ ] add github action to automatically integrate and deploy project
