Feature: support for folder input for batch file processing. #31

As the title says, it would be interesting and very useful if the program had support for input from a directory (accepting subdirectories or not) for batch file processing. And the output directory should be generated according to the folder structure of the input directory.

This is planned, most likely wont make it into V2.0 official release, but it should be a feature in 2.1
