[x] Refactor the process to implement segment, chat_history
[x] Remove the content: prefix, and filter start recording, end recording flag in the chat history #30

Still need to improve the app/cases/summarized_content also how to filter start recording, end recording still need to update to give the meaning why we have to remove this element in the chat history!

Also the main branch now can be deployed to the prod stage!!!

@sh1un 因為還有其他功能要修，剛剛有麻煩 @ShiuanTHC 幫我手動測試功能沒問題，因此我先 Merge 囉！另外可能還是可以麻煩你 review 這次的改動，是否可以正常 Deploy，再麻煩了！感謝！
