WPE started earlier of boot #20

Hi, I changed init script order S90WPE to S03WPE. Even WPE started after 6 - 7 seconds only. But i wanted to start this much earlier than other scripts.

We don't think you can get this working much faster. Maybe someone else can give some more information.
