For VTS, need to create an exporter to files following the CIC-CCSDS format. In the VTS root folder, the manual is located at Docs/Manual/CIC-Exchange-Protocol-V2.0.pdf.

Supposedly CelestLab is able to export OEM in CIC-CCSDS format. I could not find the function though, which would be useful to then adapt it to Python easily. More investigation needed.
