[FEATURE REQUEST] alignment with OMF's MDS. #510

Cities demand TOs to comply with (dynamic) rules regarding parking, speed zones, permits, no-go etc. In the TOMP-API there is the 'areas' endpoint. What are the differences, overlaps and how can we technically align?
