Missing latest ANTARES filters #38

Tom-Antares seems to be missing the latest ANTARES filters. Could this be because it uses the antares-client, and perhaps this is not synced to ANTARES?

I opened a PR that fixes this issue for tom_antares, however the https://antares.noirlab.edu/tags page will not show the description of the newer filters for now because that update will be made in future versions
