Since we released the version 2 of antares we didn't push any updates to the tom_antares repository, which caused some data to not be updated, such as tags. To resolve that issue and other minor changes, I'm submitting this PR.
Changes:
Bump antares-client minimal version from 1.2 to 1.4 which includes the get_available_tags method and closes #38
ElasticSearch query has a bigger area to write the query instead of one line.
