kerberos, ssl-tls, jmx tasks should be config tasks #559

In the dag, the nodes kerberos, ssl-tls and jmx-exporter are considered install tasks while their content are not install but config. They should be config tasks.

Moreover, this will help tdp restart-required apply these changes.
