.env configuration are not taken into consideration #81

I modified the variable OPENID_CONNECT_DISCOVERY_URL in the .env file, re launched npm run dev, and the value did not change. Is there a cache to clean or a parameter to pass to the command ?

.env files has been replaced by a config.json in #23
