[Panel] Add some controls #76

For text input, we have only a 1 line (associated to 1 string).

It would be good to have a multiline text. Maybe a control like a log or message text (to log strings inside continually) - Something like a text area to display messages

a new panel control named Memo is available for manipulating multiline text
