[Diagnostic] Add key shortcut for tab "Diagnostic Console" #77

When I type my diagnostic command, and I press key enter to validate my command, nothing is done

To validate my command,I have to presse button execute. I expect that "Enter" key to have similar behaviour than button execute

Click the Execute button at the back of the input box to verify the diagnostic service.
