Custom colours #7

None of the colour options match my anaglyphic glasses: please could you either 
add a left/right eye colour select dialog (i.e. to let you manually adjust the 
colour until it matches white for one eye, and completely disappears for the 
other and vice versa), or at least allow you to specify custom RGB colours to 
the ini file.

Also, same set color modes besides Red and Greyscale are urgently needed e.g. 
yellow/yellow, magenta/magenta, blue/blue, green/green etc.
