Consolidate output for use all warehouses option #717

PR Closes #715 by moving output messaging for use all warehouses option to one message for all assigned warehouses, rather than one per warehouse. Previously when printing one line per assigned warehouse can lead to a bottleneck with Jobs enabled to record all the output in SQLite when there are 1000s of warehouses allocated.
