Loading Issue #49

Sometimes the files get loaded in the wrong order and this causes issues. It could fail to load in the styles image or fail to load in the API, which forces the login button to be permanently disabled on the login screen, or for the details of a page to fail to load in on a page like details, or for the spec to sit constantly loading on the run page.
