module name consistency #26

for consistency, we should either have dattri.metric, dattri.benchmark, dattri.algorithm, OR dattri.metrics, dattri.benchmarks, dattri.algorithms

We could remove "s" under dattri, since it's a bit weird to have dattri.funcs
