Separate out the minor changes in PR #21 that are irrelevant to LDS implementation into this PR.

Small changes in benchmark/mnist.py and corresponding test_mnist.py.
Rename test/datasets as test/benchmark
Move test/func/test_mislabel_detection_auc.py to test/metrics/test_mislabel_detection_auc.py.
