Hello, I am a data scientist and nutritional toxicologist with an interest in aflatoxin. I wanted to better understand the objectives of this project. Is it possible that this project will develop into a machine learning model for aflatoxin prediction with a deployment among farmers? Thanks for more information. ~JS

Hi, Aspects of our project use machine learning for aflatoxin prediction framed around county-level weather data and various sensing technologies (IR to multispectral). Project collaborators include the Machine Learning Lab at the UF College of Engineering.
