When does the transition to 2018 Farm Bill occur?
What is the role of DEA in the hemp program?
- Are there legal limitations on breeding and genetics experiments (e.g., CRISPR)?
- What is the procedure for international and domestic transportation?
Can we admit working with CBD plants? [FDACS - Yes]
Can we extract CBD as part of industry-driven research? [FDACS - Not yet]
