Use the older diacritic removal technique mentioned here.

If possible an alpha-release would be welcome to test if this solves https://github.com/TREEcg/LDES-Action/issues/44 in the LDES Action.

This seems to have solved the problem. If the problem still arises we should reopen this issue https://github.com/TREEcg/bucketizers/issues/4.
