Add TPF to the compatibility list #45

I proposed to drop the usage of void:subset, in favor of only using dcterms:isPartOf, to define a non-root subsets of the collection. This property is used to compatibility with the TPF specification though, so maybe we can support it, but only mention it the compatibility section just like we mention the Hydra properties.

We now only use tree:view in the new spec.
