Featurize the Structured Data @ardunn #646

@ardunn I was able to structure the data from cycler and make it into a structured .json file.

As per for the featurize function its not clear what needs to be done. Tried using the CLI but only get a response "name 'beep' is not defined".

The final aim is to undergo the train function but instructions are not very clear for me to understand.

Hi @Alt1139 are you within a virtual environment when you're running the CLI commands?

If so, can you post the full stacktrace (error log)?

This may be a silly question

What do you mean by virtual environment for beep. Plus I think I am not able to start the CLI command for BEEP.
