add solver property for complex compiled and delta interface

This PR contains two small changes:

• [8ac4c25] change Delta_interface to delta_interface as all solver parameters are starting with small letters
• [9f392aa] add a solver property hybridisation_is_complex and local_hamiltonian_is_complex to ask on run time if cthyb was compiled with support for complex hybridisation and hamiltonian. Add to python wrapper and include in kanamori test
