Update tutorials to API and corrected typos #37

The TRIQS API has slightly changed, in particular the TightBinding (TB) object. I have updated the tutorials using the TB.get_kmesh, TB.fourier and TB.dispersion methods. Changed the markdown describing these parts, corrected some typos and rerun the whole thing to make sure it works well.
