Bugfix in mpi_view creation #4

The current implementation of mpi_view is not compatible with temporaries. This PR works around two cases where it was anyways used in this way. These fixes should be replaced with a proper call to the triqs library functionality (mpi_chunk) once tprf moves to triqs 2.2.
