Lack of C++ support for hdf5 !!

-> add a solution in the doc recompile hdf5 with the same version. Write the script : curl .....hdf5-x.x.x. build it H5_ROOT variable ?

Added a warning in the doc. 12.10 : Need to recompile hdf5 manually 13.04 : will be fine, bug of Ubuntu is corrected apparently 12.04 LTS : fine . Debian : bug reported and corrected.
