detmanip does not work in Fortran mode. Issue with the 1d triqs::vector in fortran after slicing.

@mferrero : Michel can you retry your code in fortran order and report pbs ?

OK, tested with Fortran order and it works just fine. The tests give the same answers within numerical accuracy. I close the ticket.
