During the compilation, I get:
/usr/bin/ld: CMakeFiles/algebra_fnt2.dir/algebra_fnt2.cpp.o: undefined reference to symbol 'cblas_dgemm'
/usr/bin/ld: note: 'cblas_dgemm' is defined in DSO /usr/lib/libblas.so.3gf so try adding it to the linker command line
/usr/lib/libblas.so.3gf: could not read symbols: Invalid operation
This problem occurs because an atlas package (libatlas3gf-base) is installed.
A solution is to remove it.
