MARDET listing does not show highest RMMC exam for branch, only RMN/RMA/etc. #266

A user is reporting that when they review their MARDET listing, members who have completed only RMMC exams do not have anything show up as the most recently completed exam, where members who have completed at least one RMN exam show that exam properly.
