Can we make the need to click apply more explicit

We agreed we cannot get rid of the apply buttom. But maybe we can make it more explicit that it needs to be clicked

Maybe an option would be to:

1. Make the apply buttom more evident by putting it in a green color. Precisely like in the github interface

2. Relocate the apply buttom at the top so it is visible from the beginning rather than hidden when scrolling

We discard second option, buttom remains at the bottom.
