[Radarr] add rlsgrp `MgB` to `LQ` #1610

Expendables 4 recently got released on web with all major tier 1 release groups posting WEBDLs in the last week. At the same time this torrent appeared and gets grabbed by radarr: Expend4bles.2023.AMZN.BluRay.1080p.DTS.DD5.1.Atmos.x264-MgB

The bluray does not come out untill feb 2024. They are the only release group listing a Bluray release. The 1080p file itself is 6.5GB, same as most WEBDLs. Would this scenario justify adding the MgB group to the LQ list as they are lying about quality?

Most of their releases seem sane in naming, the mentioned release seems to be the odd one out, which is hard to pinpoint as everyone could name that release under their group tag. The rest of their releases have normal namings, sizes etc. They are mostly on easy accessible sources, but that release alone doesn't really warrant a LQ entry.
