What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.filw transfer still can't work well in this edition, seldom it can work 
less than 10%

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
MSN16

We suggest you use MSNP15, 16 is a beta version of msn protocol.
