If you are signed-in with MSNPSharp and Official MSN Client, an error occurs signing out from MSNPSharp #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign-in with MSNPSharp
2. Sign-in with Official MSN Client
3. Inside the MSNPSharp Client, choose: "Sign out from here"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that i am successfully signed-out from MSNPSharp.
Instead MSNPSharp throws an Exception

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
Latest trunk

Hi, it seems you have already signed out... See bottom:
"Signed off the from messenger network (picture 1)"

The problem is places hadn't updated. Anyway, I have just fixed.
